This project, a collaboration with Makenna Daniels, involved designing a transformative 47,400 sq ft office for the Trust for Public Land (TPL) in Cleveland’s Midtown Innovation District. Dividing the project across two floors, we each took responsibility for one, aligning with TPL’s commitment to sustainability, community, and employee well -being. The design integrates biophilic elements like indoor park areas and a green roof, fostering a seamless connection between nature and the workplace. Flexible spaces for board meetings, think tanks, and community engagement emphasize creativity, collaboration, and inclusivity. The result is a workspace that enhances productivity, and strengthens TPL’s connection to the local community, reflecting its mission and empowering employees to thrive and innovate.
